A day on the sea with Paolo the fisherman!

Leaving from Talamone, on the Sirena Boat with Paolo the fisherman, after a nice breakfast, we will sail towards the Maremma natural park, where you will be able to see:
hawks with their nests on top of the cliffs, the Frontone ( a landing place for boats used by the Etruscans ), the “grotto of the lobsters” , a majestic crack in the rocks with a drinkable water spring inside…Time to throw the nets and get some fish!
A little snack: Bread, biologic oil and carpaccio made from just-fished seafood.
The Bath: stepping out of the boat, Paolo will show you one of his secret shelters: a small beach in the heart of the Natural Park with emerald green water. Time for a bath, fix up a grill and ...

A day in a farm.
Depart by bus at around 4:00 p.m.
Return at around 6:00 p.m.
In Rustici Farm, quality melts with biological science. The animals are free to move and run in wide pens outdoors; modern computer systems guarantee correct production control. Breeding, cultivation, direct sale of biological products and all the energy of a glass of healthy milk right from the cow!
